Community Recreational Center - Presentation
Showcasing a buyer's profile, concept boards and construction documents, this is a behind the scenes look at what would be presented to a client, in this case a builder of communities in Southern California. A rec center sets the tone for the community and is a perfect opportunity to be inspired by your surroundings in a functional space. A 70's roller rink was the inspiration for this rec center- drawing warm hues, glossy surfaces and glamorous lighting to create a subtle nod to the era.

Buyer's Profile
Founded in 1888, Escondido is one of the oldest, most established communities in San Diego County. With strong roots and at the dawn of a revival, it is the ideal location for young families and professionals to lay their foundation by calling the community of Westpark home. Residents of Westpark are discerning professionals in the age range of 30 to 40 year olds, with a variety of other ages as well. They are physically fit, work hard, like to travel, and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Residents will enjoy the bike rental program, child's park, and a fitness course. A sense of belonging and community is highly valued at Westpark. Connecting at the well-designed recreation center with community events, or for a casual game of pool, will provide the backdrop for families and friends to create lifelong memories.
