A new bathroom and tile flooring throughout was the task at hand on this newly constructed guest house in Del Mar.  The  challenge of a small and angled floor plan was graciously accepted by getting creative with corners for maximum efficiency, creating an energetic flow to the space.  Modern & cool toned hard surface materials made for clean backdrop for the resident to add her personal touches.
